I just got my aligners but right out of the gate I had 8 attachments put on. My ortho never told me to avoid whitening with them on so can you tell me what you've learned about it? I was genuinely hoping to whiten at some point but maybe it's not in the cards for me? Also, they never told me not to swim and I went swimming this past weekend and am going to Mexico this next week. I am not a huge swimmer although I enjoy a jump or tow occasionally. I don't plan on opening my mouth underwater so maybe there's little risk/issue for me?? Thanx for any insight you can offer! Hi!
