Exactly what I want to achieve....a wider more rounded arch. I'm got a very narrow arch with wonky front lower teeth. Surprisingly, I've not felt pain at all (just a tiny pressure when I put a new set in)...I had fixed braces first for 3 months and it was awful in terms of pain and also the social connotations although that part didn't bother me at all. The pain was unbearable and since the invisalign, it's been breezy.
