I just wanted to say that I have also noticed more headaches. They are almost like a short-lived intense migrane. I'm wondering if it has to do with the movement of my jaw, since I have gotten into the habit of clenching my teeth all the time with my trays in. Also, I just changed into tray 15/22 and WOW they feel crazy tight compared to the last few trays.
